The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Plattsburgh has a long tradition of providing food for the entire community on the third Wednesday of every month. We purchase the food then cook and serve it to all comers at the Trinity Church in downtown Plattsburgh. Amanda Cota is the organizer, but needs assistance from our fellowship's friends and members for the following functions: When?: Third Wednesday of Every Month Start: 4:15 PM End: Approx 6:30 PM Duties Include: - Shopping - Cooking - Serving - Cleaning up - Opening and Locking up In order to make the organizing easier, Amanda has created easy to follow Cooking Directions and Shopping Lists that can be used by anyone with even the smallest familiarity with the grocery store and a kitchen. Download Menus and Shopping Lists here: http://www.uuaplattsburgh.com/modules/dms/file_retrieve.php?function=view&obj_id=194. Or look below for menus, shopping lists and cooking directions for each of our pre-planned meals.
