The mission of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Plattsburgh (UUFP) is to provide for a religious community where freedom of worship, speech and thought are welcomed, protected and fostered. We affirm and encourage, spiritual and intellectual growth, and the use of the democratic process. We support actions and activities that benefit the environment, embrace human diversity, and provide for the common good.

The UUFP is a vibrant and growing congregation. Situated on Lake Champlain near the Adirondack mountains, we serve an important role as a voice for the liberal religious community of Plattsburgh and the surrounding area. Our historic UU Fellowship building at 4 Palmer Street served for a half century as the home of the Congregation Ahavas Sholom (Lovers of Peace) before becoming our home nearly 30 years ago.
